CLASS OF 2027: APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

PERIOD: January-December 2027

The NextGen Leadership Program is a year-long journey (January – December) designed for high-potential junior to mid-level professionals who want to develop their leadership and managerial skills, learn from industry leaders, and nurture meaningful business relationships. We welcome applications from all sectors.

By applying, you give AmCham the right to access your photos and videos taken at NextGen events. These materials may be shared on our websites, social media channels (Facebook/LinkedIn/X), and other promotional materials to highlight our community and activities.

    Open for applications.

  • Nov. 13, 2026

    Applications deadline.

  • Dec. 7, 2026

    Successful applicants will be notified by this date.

  • Jan. 14, 2027

    Opening ceremony (first session).

ELIGIBILITY

CREDENTIALS:

  • Applicants should have documented experience at a mid-level managerial position  
  • Applicants should be identified by their employer as someone with future leadership potential 
  • Applicants should ideally, but not necessarily, work for an AmCham Taiwan member organization  

COST

FEE

NT$78,000.

PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES

  • 12 sessions throughout 2026 January to December. 
  • 2 complimentary tickets to AmCham Luncheon or Happy Hour events.
  • Alumni with a 100% attendance rate in 2026 can attend one AmCham Luncheon or Happy Hour event at complimentary price during 2027.
