THE PROGRAM
The NextGen Leadership Program is a year-long journey (January – December) designed for high-potential junior to mid-level professionals who want to develop their leadership and managerial skills, learn from industry leaders, and nurture meaningful business relationships. Each month, participants will gather for seminars, field trips, masterclass workshops, or conversations with C-suite executives from world-leading companies. Applicants can be employees of AmCham Taiwan member organizations who have been identified as the next generation of business leaders. Applicants from non-AmCham Taiwan member organizations are also welcome. Organizations agree to sponsor their employees’ application and participation in the program.

COMMITMENT
Participants will meet once or twice a month. Sessions will generally be in the evenings, with a few half-day training sessions and industry site visits. Participants and sponsoring organizations should be able to commit to the full length, content and cost of the program.
