THE PROGRAM

PERIOD: January-December

The NextGen Leaders program is a year-long series of events designed for high-potential young professionals who want to develop their skills and networks.  Each month, the future leaders will gather for a seminar, fieldtrip, master class or conversation with CEOs from industry-leading companies.

COMMITMENT

The group will meet once or twice a month. Sessions will generally be in the evenings, with a few half-day training sessions and industry visits. Companies that send candidates commit to ensuring they can participate fully.

  • A year-long series of events for selected high-potential young professionals.
  • Monthly programs will include seminars, field trips, master classes, or conversations with CEOs from industry-leading companies.
  • A unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, innovative thinking, international perspectives, and networks with other young professionals across sectors.

Employee of a current AmCham member company.

FEE

NT$60,000 for 12 sessions

PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES

  • Training sessions and industry visits
  • Study materials
  • Tickets to two AmCham chamber-wide events (regular luncheon or happy hour)
  • One-year Individual Membership upon completion of 70% of the sessions
