THE PROGRAM

The NextGen Leadership Program is a year-long journey (January – December) designed for high-potential mid-level professionals who want to develop their leadership and managerial skills, learn from industry leaders, and nurture meaningful business relationships. Each month, participants will gather for seminars, field trips, masterclass workshops, or conversations with C-suite executives from world-leading companies. Applicants can be employees of AmCham Taiwan member organizations who have been identified as the next generation of business leaders. Applicants from non-AmCham Taiwan member organizations are also welcome. Organizations agree to sponsor their employees’ application and participation in the program.

  • Focus on creative, innovative thinking. 
  • Nurture the next generation of Taiwan’s leadership talent pool.

  • Future-proof participants with cutting edge business knowledge.

COMMITMENT

Participants will meet once or twice a month. Sessions will generally be in the evenings, with a few half-day training sessions and industry site visits. Participants and sponsoring organizations should be able to commit to the full length, content and cost of the program.

AmCham Taiwan member and non-member organizations are invited to encourage talented employees to apply. 

  • AmCham Taiwan’s NextGen Leadership Program is a year-long series of events designed for high-potential professionals. 
  • Monthly sessions focus on a particular leadership skill, industry or provide general insight into how Taiwan’s business leaders manage and lead their respective companies.  
  • A unique opportunity for the next generation of business leaders to develop managerial skills, hone their innovative thinking ability, gain an international outlook, and build meaningful connections with other professionals. 

ELIGIBILITY

CREDENTIALS

  • Applicants should have documented experience at a junior or mid-level managerial position  
  • Applicants should be identified by their employer as someone with future leadership potential 
  • Applicants should ideally, but not necessarily, work for an AmCham Taiwan member organization  

COST

FEE

NT$78,000.

PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES

  • At least 12 sessions throughout the year, running from January to December. 
  • Complimentary tickets to two AmCham events (luncheon or happy hour). 
  • Program alumni with a 70% or above attendance rate can attend AmCham events at member prices during the following year.
