THE PROGRAM

PERIOD: January-December

The NextGen Leadership Program is a year-long journey designed for high-potential young professionals who want to develop their skills and expand their social networks. Each month, the future leaders will gather for a seminar, field trip, master class, or conversation with CEOs from industry-leading companies.

COMMITMENT

The group will meet once or twice a month. Sessions will generally be in the evenings, with a few half-day training sessions and industry visits. Companies that send candidates commit to ensuring they can participate fully.

  • GRADUATION CEREMONY: Dec. 8

AmCham member and non-member companies are invited to encourage talented young staff members to apply.

  • A year-long series of events for selected high-potential young professionals.
  • Monthly programs will include seminars, field trips, master classes, or conversations with CEOs from industry-leading companies.
  • A unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, innovative thinking, international perspectives, and networks with other young professionals across sectors.

ELIGIBILITY

CREDENTIALS

  • 40 and under at the time of application.
  • The individual has been recognized for their high potential for an organizational leadership role.

PREFERENCE

An employee of a current AmCham member organization.

COST

FEE

NT$60,000 for 12 sessions

PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES

  • Training sessions and industry visits.
  • Tickets to two AmCham chamber-wide events.
  • One-year unlimited access to all AmCham events under member conditions after completing 70% of the sessions.
