- Please follow the instructions and steps on this page to prepare your application: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/tw/tw-niv-typeb1b2.asp. If you qualify to apply through the AmCham program, you do not need to schedule an appointment.
- Obtain a letter from AmCham verifying your AmCham status. Contact the Membership Department at 02-2718-8226 x 212 or [email protected] for more details.
- Bring all your application items and supporting documents along with your AmCham letter directly to AIT’s Nonimmigrant Visa Unit between 8:00 and 10:00 am Tuesday through Thursday, except holidays. No appointment is necessary.
* If you have an immediate need to travel, you should indicate that at the time of your interview with the consular officer at AIT.

As each person’s circumstances vary, AIT cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa. We strongly suggest you do not pay for travel arrangements such as airfare without having a U.S. visa in your possession. Applications through this AmCham program may not be submitted at the AIT Kaohsiung branch office.
