For this quarter’s talk, we’re honored to have Sharon Wu, Senior Director of Product Management at Dell TDC and Gina Shaw, Director of Fab16 Facilities at Micron Technology share their insights regarding professional development, as well as on recent technology and business trends. The panel discussion and Q&A will be moderated by Carmen Law, HR Director for Google Taiwan.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Sharon Wu
Senior Director / Product Development, Client Solutions, Dell Taiwan Design Center (TDC)
Sharon Wu has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning sales, program management, and product development. She currently serves as Senior Director of Product Management, Dell Client Solutions. Her team is responsible for Client Desktop and All-in-One system architecture, as well as for All-in-One product development.
Sharon joined Dell in September 2008 in a program manager role within the Commercial Product Group, and has held program director, business director, and development director roles in Commercial Notebook, Desktop, and All-in-One product development.
Prior to Dell, Sharon held program management positions at Mitac Corp., working on x86 server and workstation product designs. Before that, she was North America regional sales director at Chenbro Micom.
Sharon received her Bachelor of Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Taiwan University.
Gina Shaw
Director of Facility Construction Division, Micron Memory Taiwan.
Over the past seven years, Gina has held a number of managerial roles at Micron Taiwan. Prior to her employment at Micron, Gina worked at Taiwanese chipmakers ProMOS and PowerChip, where she specialized in building 12” Fabs and oversaw their operation.
Gina received her Master’s degree from National Chung Hsing University in Taichung.

Carmen Law
HR Director, APAC Devices & Services Google
Carmen joined Google in May 2018 as the HR Director for APAC Devices & Services and is based in Taipei. She is responsible for the people and talent strategies for Devices & Services business in the region, as well as HR related integration for the recent Pixel acquisition.
Carmen has a wealth of HR professional experience, covering HR business partnering, compensation and benefits design and operations, talent management, and M&A. Prior to joining Google, she worked in Beijing and was the SVP and CHRO of New H3C, a joint venture between Hewlett Packard Enterprise and the Unigroup. She was previously at Intel for more than 16 years and has taken leadership roles in many HR functions in the APAC region.
In addition, Carmen has also worked in various other multinational companies, including Jardines, Novartis, Exxon Chemical and Ciba-Geigy. Carmen is a Hong Kong national and a graduate of the University of Hong Kong.
