AmCham Advanced Learning Lab Seminar
Most brand plans and business strategy presentations include competitor analysis. Despite their frequency and strategic importance, this crucial information is usually shown using text and data-heavy tables that are very difficult to present and invite endless questions from the audience.
This seminar—using real case studies—will show the participants how to visualize multivariate competitive analysis information using visual tables and matrices and clear graphs that bring out the insight buried in the data.
Seminar Outline
- How to construct assessment matrices and visual tables.
- How to select graphs to visualize analysis of quantitative data: scatter chart, bubble chart, parallel coordinates plot, strip plot, radar chart.
- How to transform non-quantitative information (e.g., strengths and weaknesses) into numeric values for easy ranking and comparison.
