AmCham Special Luncheon by Strategic Resilience Council: Meet Forward Alliance – Enoch Wu
Established in November 2025, the AmCham Strategic Resilience Council (SRC) aspires to support member companies in developing comprehensive business continuity plans aligned with the principles of whole-of-society resilience. Organized in partnership with Forward Alliance, this upcoming luncheon aims to enhance the audience’s understanding of civilian preparedness while highlighting Taiwan’s vital connection to global resilience frameworks.
About the Speaker 關於演講者
Biography
Enoch Wu is the founder of Forward Alliance, a Taiwanese NGO dedicated to strengthening societal resilience. Enoch is also a sitting member of the Whole-of-Society Defense and Resilience Committee established by President Lai.
From 2017 to 2019, Enoch served on the National Security Council, where his portfolio encompassed homeland security and critical infrastructure protection. Prior to his tenure there, he led an inter-agency task force within the Premier’s Office, spearheading a comprehensive review of government security and protection policies.
Earlier in his career, Enoch spent a decade in the finance industry, working primarily at Goldman Sachs. He graduated from Yale University and completed his military service with the Taiwan Army Special Forces Command.
His work with local communities has earned him international recognition, including a spot on the TIME Next Generation Leaders list in 2022.
