台北市美國商會很榮幸邀請到勞動部政務次長劉士豪先生，演講題目為「勞動事件法之介紹」，座位有限，請盡速報名以免向隅。
「勞動事件法」將於明（109）年1月1日施行，雖不影響對勞動法的實質認定，但諸多企業仍對其內容一知半解。勞動部為因應該法施行，預計將勞動調解程序及工會集體訴訟納入律師代理酬金、聲請費、裁判費及必要生活費用等扶助範圍，以維護勞工應有權益。
