In this 90-minute presentation, learn how excellent service is the result of truly understanding your customer’s expectations and how to put the right service standards in place to exceed them. You will discover how attention to detail can create a consistent, world-class experience, how to be intentional about the design and delivery of service, and the importance of establishing a service-recovery safety net for when service does not go according to plan. You will leave inspired and excited to better differentiate your organization’s service to become a provider of choice.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Ricky Wei / Lead Facilitator, Asia, Disney Institute
In his role as a senior facilitator, Ricky is responsible for drawing on his leadership experience, business knowledge, and Disney Institute insights to understand client objectives and better align learning solutions. Based in Shanghai, he facilitates the delivery of business programs individually and as a team in the Asian market.
Prior to joining Disney Institute, he worked as a manager in sales training at Shanghai Disney® Resort, where he developed a sales training series and mobile learning programs for Cast Members and trade partners. Ricky has a master’s degree in tourism management from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in diplomacy from National Chengchi University.
