Building a New Benchmark for National Vaccine Policy:
A Sustainable Vaccine Fund Mechanism and Public-Private Collaboration to Increase Vaccination Rates

This luncheon forum will focus on the next stage of Taiwan’s vaccine policy development. From the perspective of building a resilient healthcare system, the discussion will explore how institutional design and strategic integration can strengthen overall public health preparedness and response capacity. The event will bring together representatives from government, industry, and the medical community to exchange insights on the development of a sustainable vaccine funding mechanism and practical strategies for improving vaccination coverage.

Amid the convergence of global pandemics and population aging, vaccine policy is no longer merely a disease prevention tool, but a critical pillar of national health security and healthcare system stability. By combining policy perspectives with real-world case studies, this discussion aims to foster cross-sector dialogue and contribute to the development of a more forward-looking and resilient vaccine ecosystem for Taiwan.
