Corporate Tables: 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 7, 2026 (Taipei Time) 

Individuals: 11:00 am, Thursday, January 8, 2026 (Taipei Time) 

About Hsieh Nien Fan

Hsieh Nien Fan is the premier social event for Taiwan’s international business community, bringing together more than 700 guests—from company executives and diplomats to Cabinet ministers, legislators, and other key stakeholders. Held annually to express appreciation for the government’s partnership and support, the banquet consistently draws significant media attention. As in past years, Taiwan’s president is expected to deliver the keynote address, with additional distinguished guests from Washington, D.C. also invited.

For business leaders, the event offers a valuable opportunity to engage directly with senior officials and lawmakers. AmCham member companies may sponsor tables and, in coordination with the Chamber, invite designated government representatives to join. Many individual AmCham members also attend, making Hsieh Nien Fan a high-impact platform for networking and relationship-building.

Sponsorship:

• AmCham Member Companies are invited to sponsor Hsieh Nien Fan. 
• Packages include a sponsored table.
• Previous event sponsors will be given the first right of refusal on sponsoring the 2026 Hsieh Nien Fan. 
• Prominent table placement is given to sponsors.

Corporate Tables:

Apart from Sponsored Tables, AmCham Member Companies are able to purchase a Corporate Table. A Corporate Table seats ten people.

• NT$71,000 per table of 10 
• Corporate tables can only be reserved via the AmCham website. No requests for tickets made by email or phone are permitted. 
• A limited number of Corporate Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Companies can reserve only ONE corporate table. A waitlist will be opened in the event that the Corporate Tables have sold out. If you are interested in purchasing a Corporate Table, kindly add your company to the waitlist. Should additional tables become available we will contact companies on the waitlist in chronological order. It is important to note that adding your company to the waitlist does not guarantee the availability of a table. 
• Companies that purchase a corporate table are not permitted to purchase individual seats for additional employees.   
• To cancel without penalty, cancellations must be made by 12pm January 30, 2026. Payment by wire transfer for Corporate Tables must reach us by January 30, 2026 unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Individuals:                                                              

• Member: NT$ 7,200 per person 
• Member Company Employee: NT 7,650 per person 
• Individual tickets can only be purchased via the AmCham website. Requests for tickets made by email or phone will not be accepted. 
• Ticketing is on a first-come-first-served basis, the maximum number of registrants per member company is FOUR. Individual and Honorary Members are permitted to purchase one single ticket. In case of cancellations, a waitlist will be made available at a later date for individuals. If you are interested in purchasing an Individual ticket, kindly add yourself to the waitlist. Should additional tickets become available we will contact you in chronological order. It is important to note that adding yourself to the waitlist does not guarantee availability. 
• To cancel without penalty, cancellations must be made by January 30, 2026.

Waitlist: 

• Waitlists will be made available for Corporate Tables on 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 7, 2026; Waitlists will be made available for Individual tickets on 11:00 am, Thursday, January 8, 2026.
• Please add your name/your company to the waitlist. Should additional tables or tickets become available we will notify you in chronological order.
• Payment for Individual tickets must be received within three days of notification for registration to be considered complete. 
• To cancel without penalty, cancellations must be made by January 30, 2026.
