Hsieh Nien Fan is the year’s biggest social event for Taiwan’s international business community. The banquet’s main purpose is to thank government officials for their cooperation and support throughout the year. The event attracts more than 700 guests, including company executives, diplomats, Cabinet ministers, government officials, legislators, and other key stakeholders. Each year, Taiwan’s president serves as the keynote speaker and is expected to attend this year. Prominent guests from Washington, D.C. will also be invited. Hsieh Nien Fan is a headline event that attracts a lot of media attention.

Hsieh Nien Fan is an excellent opportunity for business leaders to engage with officials and lawmakers. AmCham member companies can sponsor tables and – in coordination with the Chamber – invite specific government officials to attend. In addition, many individual AmCham members attend the banquet. Although these members are not seated at corporate tables, they usually have government officials at their tables as well. Any request for specific government officials to be seated at member tables should be provided to the AmCham contact person no later than January 26. While every effort will be made to accommodate those requests, no guarantee can be made.

Corporate Tables:

Apart from Sponsored Tables, AmCham Member Companies are able to purchase a Corporate Table. A Corporate Table seats ten.

• • NT$65,000 per table of 10
  • Corporate tables can only be reserved via the AmCham website. No requests for tickets made by email or phone are permitted.
  • A limited number of Corporate Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A waitlist will be opened in the event that the Corporate Tables have sold out. If you are interested in purchasing a Corporate Table, kindly add your company to the waitlist. Should additional tables become available we will contact companies on the waitlist in chronological order. It is important to note that adding your company to the waitlist does not guarantee the availability of a table.
  • To cancel without penalty, cancellations must be made by February 16, 2024. Payment by wire transfer for Corporate Tables must reach us by February 23, 2024 unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Individuals:                                                              

• • Member: NT$6,600 per person
  • Member Company Employee: NT6,980 per person
  • Individual tickets can only be purchased via the AmCham website. Requests for tickets made by email or phone will not be accepted.
  • Ticketing is on a first-come-first-served basis, the maximum number of registrants per member company is four. Individual and Honorary Members are permitted to purchase one single ticket. In case of cancellations, a waitlist will be made available at a later date for individuals. If you are interested in purchasing an Individual ticket, kindly add yourself to the waitlist. Should additional tickets become available we will contact you in chronological order. It is important to note that adding yourself to the waitlist does not guarantee availability.
  • To cancel without penalty, cancellations must be made by February 16, 2024.

Ticketing:

Tickets for 2024 Hsieh Nien Fan will go on sale on the following dates:

Corporate Tables: 11:00 am, Thursday, January 4, 2024 (Taipei Time)

Individuals: 11:00 am, Friday, January 5, 2024 (Taipei Time)

Waitlist:

• • Waitlists will be made available for Corporate Tables and Individual tickets. Please add your name/your company to the waitlist. Should additional tables or tickets become available we will notify you in chronological order.
  • Payment for Individual tickets must be received within three days of notification for registration to be considered complete.
  • To cancel without penalty, cancellations must be made by February 16, 2024.
