A Winning Pharma Brand Plan:
How to Analyze Your Competitive Landscape, Generate Concrete Insights, and Articulate a Winning Strategy

AmCham Seminar and Workshop:

The two speakers conducting this workshop have analyzed hundreds of pharma brand plans. What have they learned? Most brand managers spend their time filling out a brand-plan template provided by the global office.

While templates provide a reasonable checklist of items to consider, they are missing the most essential element for creating a winning brand plan: skills for analyzing, identifying, and articulating a coherent strategy that is grounded in reality—and not only the aspiration to become “the market leader.”

Using an actual pharma brand plan as a case study, the trainers will guide the workshop participants step-by-step to

  1. Identify the elements they need to craft a brand strategy
  2. Identify which of the competitors’ weaknesses to exploit
  3. Identify which competitive advantage to leverage
  4. Articulate an overall strategy
  5. Articulate the tactical action plan needed to realize the strategy
  6. Find out where to get support for self and group learning

 

About the Speakers:

For thirty-three years, William Zyzo has been supporting executives, senior managers, and physicians in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and Australia as a coach, trainer, and a consultant. He also serves as the Advisor to AmCham’s Advance Learning Lab and Managing Director of Z&A Knowledge Solutions.

Katia Santome has been helping pharmaceutical companies and physicians visualize their ideas, information, and data for over fifteen years. Her clients include members of the commercial, medical, and senior management teams in pharmaceutical companies across Asia Pacific and Europe.
