台灣美國商會 2026 癌症創新論壇 

實踐健康台灣願景：以精準投資樹立癌症照護全球新標竿

活動簡介: 

台灣美國商會（AmCham Taiwan）與美國在台協會（AIT）攜手舉辦2026年「台灣美國商會癌症創新論壇」，匯聚政府、產業、學界與病友團體，共同推動癌症治療創新、強化病患照護、促進國際合作，並以具體政策行動打造更完善的癌症健康照護生態系。  

本次論壇亦呼應賴清德總統提出之健康台灣政策願景，目標於2030年將台灣癌症標準化死亡率降低三分之一。總統長期關注癌症議題，並致力於強化國家癌症防治策略，透過擴大篩檢、推動百億癌症新藥基金之有效運用，及加速創新藥物與先進治療的投資，持續扭轉癌症疾病趨勢，為癌症病友帶來新希望。 

在此基礎上，2026年論壇將更進一步聚焦於政策落地與精準投資，強調透過資源最佳配置，提升創新治療的實質效益。論壇將持續關注癌症照護連續性與及早診療的重要性，致力實踐我國治療標準與國際臨床指引接軌，並結合健保給付制度與國家政策方向，發展更具策略性的精準治療模式，全面提升台灣癌症照護品質，實踐『健康台灣』願景，樹立全球癌症照護新標竿。 

同時，論壇亦將以永續發展為核心，探討強化「Cancer Drugs Fund (CDF) 癌症新藥基金」之效能，優化資源配置並提升創新醫療可近性，並從制度面檢視健保給付與財務設計，以進一步提升整體照護體系之韌性與公平性。 

論壇亦受到美國「Cancer Moonshot」倡議的啟發，台灣美國商會期望台灣持續站穩癌症研究與病患照護的前線，並深化國際合作，攜手推動癌症治療的創新突破。  

本次論壇將匯聚來自政府部門、產業界、學術領域與病友團體的重要代表，共同深入探討癌症照護與創新治療的未來方向，期盼透過跨界協作，讓癌症不再是無法戰勝的宿命，而是一項全民齊心努力、積極面對的挑戰，共同攜手實踐健康台灣。

Advancing “Healthy Taiwan”: Setting Global Benchmarks through Strategic Investment

Event Overview: 

AmCham Taiwan and the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) are co-hosting the 2026 Cancer Summit, convening government leaders, industry experts, academia, and patient advocacy groups to advance cancer treatment innovation, strengthen patient care, and accelerate policy implementation toward a more resilient and future-ready cancer care ecosystem.   

This summit reflects President Lai’s vision to reshape Taiwan’s cancer care landscape through the establishment of a Billion-dollar Cancer New Drugs Fund. With a longstanding focus on cancer-related issues, President Lai aims to reduce Taiwan’s cancer mortality rate by one-third by 2030 through increased investment in innovative drugs and advanced treatments—ushering in a new era of hope in the fight against cancer.  

Building on this vision, the 2026 Summit will focus on Advancing ‘Healthy Taiwan’ by Setting Global Benchmarks through Strategic Investment. With a greater emphasis on translating policy into action, the Forum will prioritize precision investment strategies and strengthen alignment with international standards of care. Our objective remains to implement a continuity-of-care approach that emphasizes early detection and timely treatment, while ensuring Taiwan’s cancer care system aligns with global clinical guidelines, NHI reimbursement frameworks, and national health priorities. 

In addition, the Summit will explore how to maximize the impact of the NT$10 billion Cancer Drugs Fund (CDF) by improving resource allocation, enhancing access to innovative therapies, and promoting a more sustainable and resilient healthcare system.  

Drawing inspiration from the U.S. Cancer Moonshot initiative, AmCham Taiwan hopes to see Taiwan remain at the forefront of cancer research and patient care. By deepening collaboration with like-minded nations, we aim to drive breakthrough innovations in treatment.
