About AmCham’s Annual General Meeting
The AmCham Annual General Meeting is held on November, 17th (Tuesday). It is the chance for our community to come together to review the triumphs (and challenges) of the past year and look ahead to the coming one. It also serves for you to elect your leadership and the Board of Governors, and ensure that your Chamber meets its quorum to complete our governance obligations.
This is a closed-door meeting for Active AmCham Members only.
*Please kindly note that in order to reach the quorum, registrants per company is limited to 2 (1 Voting + 1 Non-Voting). This event does NOT accept walk-in guests.

關於台灣美國商會年度會員大會
本次會議將於11月17日星期二舉行。這是一個讓大家凝聚在一起，回顧過去一年的成就與挑戰，並展望未來的機會。同時，您也將有機會透過選舉，選出我們的領導者和董事會成員，且確保商會達到投票所需之法定人數，以完成商會的治理職責。
這場會議僅開放台灣美國商會的會員參加。
*請注意，此場活動僅限會員公司報名，每間公司之報名人數上限為兩位（一名Voting Member與一名Non-Voting Member），本活動不接受現場報名的賓客。

*Ticket Refund Policy: To cancel without penalty, written cancellation must be received by AmCham Zoe Chen before 12 pm on November 10th (Tuesday), or else the full price of the event will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
*Event Policy: Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any commercial activities or misconduct during the event. All attendees are expected to respect others and maintain a positive atmosphere. AmCham reserves the right to take appropriate measures if participants fail to comply.
