About AmCham’s Annual General Meeting
AmCham Taiwan holds its legally mandated Annual General Meeting (AGM) each November to approve financial and operational reports and hear from the Chairperson and VIP guests. This year’s meeting has historic significance by providing:(1) a pathbreaking virtual assembly in this pandemic year; (2 )a capstone to our transformation into a more impactful Chamber: AmCham Taiwan.; and (3) a chance to strengthen our bylaws, the Articles of Association, by having members vote upon proposed updates. With news of our 26th committee and the make-up of the Chamber’s board leadership for 2022-23, this is a meeting not to miss. All members welcomed; voting members doubly welcomed … and absolutely essential in order to meet quorum!
