Anita Chen of Google Taiwan Elected 2026 AmCham Taiwan Chairperson
TAIPEI, Taiwan – Anita Chen, Government Affairs and Public Policy Lead at Google Taiwan, has been elected as the 2026 Chairperson of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan. She will begin her one-year term on January 1, 2026.
Chen has been an active leader within AmCham Taiwan for many years, currently serving as a Board Governor and Co-Chair of the Digital Economy Committee, and previously as Director of Government and Public Affairs. At Google Taiwan, she leads public policy development and government engagement. She brings extensive experience in government relations, public policy, and business advocacy from her earlier roles founding Asia Advisory Services, serving as managing director of Park Strategies Taiwan, and working as a senior consultant at Edelman Taiwan and as a political journalist.
“Leading AmCham as we approach our 75th anniversary is a profound honor,” says Chen. “Having served on the staff side years ago, I know that this Chamber’s greatest strength is its ability to evolve. Today, that evolution is about resilience. Whether in supply chains, energy security, or the technology ecosystem, our mission is to futureproof the U.S.-Taiwan partnership against a complex geopolitical landscape. We are not just observing the changes in the region – we are actively co-architecting a stable, prosperous future for both our economies.”
Looking toward 2026, AmCham Taiwan is preparing to make its diamond anniversary “not just a celebration of history, but a bold launchpad for the next era of global innovation,” Chen says.

Google台灣陳幼臻女士當選2026年度台灣美國商會理事長
現任 Google台灣政府事務及公共政策副總經理陳幼臻女士，當選台灣美國商會2026年度理事長，新任期將於明（2026）年1月開始生效。
陳幼臻女士多年來積極參與商會事務，現為台灣美國商會理事及數位經濟委員會共同主席，並曾於商會內部服務，出任政府與公共事務部總監，對商會運作與政策倡議具備深厚的制度性理解。其職涯長期深耕政府關係與公共政策領域，目前於 Google 台灣負責相關事務，並曾創立亞洲顧問服務公司（Asia Advisory Services），及擔任 Park Strategies Taiwan 董事總經理，協助跨國企業進行法規策略、政治風險與市場進入分析。早期亦曾於台灣愛德曼公關任職，並擔任政治新聞記者，長期關注政府政策、外交與政黨政治。
「在美國商會即將迎來成立 75 週年之際，能夠接下理事長一職，對我而言是極大的榮幸。」陳幼臻表示，「多年前我曾在商會內部服務，這段經歷讓我深知，本商會最大的優勢就在於與時俱進的演變能力，如今，這種演變的核心在於「韌性」。無論是在供應鏈、能源安全，或科技與數位生態領域，我們的使命皆在於為美台夥伴關係建立防護機制，以應對複雜的地緣政治局勢，確保未來的穩健發展。我們不僅僅是區域變局的觀察者，我們正積極地共同構建雙邊經濟體穩定繁榮的未來。」
她並指出，2026 年台灣美國商會將以75鑽石週年為契機，「不僅要打造為回顧歷史的慶典，更要讓這一年成為開啟創新紀元的起點。」
