- Visit your local post office and pay the visa application fee. Please follow the instructions on the website to apply for a U.S. Visa.
- Obtain a referral letter from AmCham verifying your AmCham status. Contact Membership Department at 02-2718-8226 x 212 or [email protected]
- Bring the original receipt from the post office along with your all passports, one visa photo, a completed visa application form (DS-160) and an AmCham referral letter directly to AIT Nonimmigrant Visa Unit any workday at 10:30AM. No appointment is necessary.
* If you have an immediate need to travel, you should indicate that at the time of the interview with the American Officer at AIT.

As each person’s circumstances vary, AIT cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa, however AIT will provide as expeditious a process for AmCham referrals as is possible under current conditions. Applications through this program may not be submitted at the AIT office in Kaohsiung.
Should any of your employees or family members not return from the U.S., your company must notify the Nonimmigrant Visa Unit of AIT immediately.
